We are looking for JP54 with following conditions :

No1. Seller must have title of ownership of the quantity in the tank in houston only. And confirm it to the buyer over the phone.

No2. Seller then sends the contract and ncnd & imfpa

We all will sign it including all mandates or representatives so we all can be included in the process.

No3. Buyer will send a letter to the seller's bank immediately.

No4. Seller will then sent proof of the title of ownership to the buyer's bank for verification.(bank of america)

No.5 seller must be willing have table top meetings with buyer that will now bring the contract to be signed then all document will be exchanged.
